Interview with the Communist Party Marxist – Kenya (CPM-K)

Following its loss of influence in the Sahel, France is attempting to reestablish its neocolonial control in Africa – this time through East Africa. The so-called “Africa-France Summit” in Nairobi is a prime example of this offensive: Under the guise of “partnership,” “climate protection,” and “innovation,” it is about nothing other than access to resources, labor, and the preservation of political power.

Progressive forces are opposing this with the Pan-African Counter-Summit PASAI, organized by the Communist Party Marxist – Kenya (CPM-K).

We invited two CPM-K comrades to discuss the current reorganization of imperialist strategies, the current role of countries like France in Africa and why our position as European communists entails a special responsibility.

The webinar was part of the mobilization to support the Pan-African counter-summit – politically, practically, and financially.
